Joie de vivre

"My greatest wish for this Christmas is an united family, like in books and movies. Firstly, I need to say that I've never lived moments in my family that are so happy that could make me cry. Or maybe I did, when I was very young, but I didn't realize it (and I don't remember them), so it's invalid. I often see family portraits, with children, parents and even grandparents, where everything is nice, where everybody discuss with everybody, no fights, no quarrels, just smiles and brightness. I've always dreamt to be a part of such a picture, but it never happened. Moreover, there were a lot of times when I had to choose between my mother and my father, to spend holidays or weekends with one or another. I hate doing these kinds of choices. On the one hand, my father is almost alone in his hometown, sometimes I feel like I'm his only family. On the other hand, my mother is alone as well, but she's here, in Galati... I'm confused, Christmas is coming
